Roasted Spiced Califlower

Recipe Intro:
This easy to prepare vegetable side with exotic spices can be paired with roasted fish, chicken or beef. Taking a meal from ordinary to extraordinary.

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Heat a sheet pan in the oven while it is preheating.

2. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and lightly coat with vegetable oil spray. Add cayenne, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Place cauliflower on hot sheet pan and cook till browned about 15 minutes.

4. Serve immediately.
