Bob's three–phased approach is designed to create a healthy, lifelong balance between food and activity. This isn’t one of those a one-diet-fits-all programs, and it’s definitely not an unsustainable quick fix. This is a gradual and healthy way to achieve results that stick with you for the long run.

Phase 2: Get Moving
Time Frame: Minimum of four weeks
Helping you keep your calories in check
- Managing your hunger
- Increasing your activity at least one level
- Understanding the emotional reasons for your hunger
- Introduce “anything-goes” calories and proper portions
Phase 3: Your Best Life
Making your diet the healthiest it can be
- Creating a new way of eating that you'll follow for the rest of your life
- Increasing your activity at least one level
- Reducing your intake of saturated fat, sodium and added sugar
- Eliminating trans fats and adding wholesome foods
