INGREDIENTS
1 cup light vanilla soy milk, such as Silk
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Omega Peanut Butter
1/4 cup All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 apple quartered with core removed
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds



DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (About 2 minutes).


NOTES
This delicious shake is an entire breakfast.
