Eat Like a Kid

Watch a child eat and you'll see how it's really supposed to be done. Little ones eat only when they're hungry, and they consume just enough food to fuel up—no more. For children, food is a form of physical nourishment—they don't eat in the hopes of relieving stress or anger or boredom. You likely ate this way when you were a child, too, but you've probably long outgrown that carefree and healthy attitude toward food. That doesn't mean you can't reclaim it, though. Try using these tips at your next meal to help rediscover your inner child.
