When you have a craving—whether it's for something salty, crunchy, sweet or comforting—veggies probably wouldn't be your first choice. In fact, they may not even make your top-10 list. Yet reaching for veggies when you have the urge to nibble is a healthy and weight-friendly way to satisfy. Use the tricks below to take vegetables from sneaking-under-the-table-to-the-family-dog status to completely crave-worthy.
