A Healthy Indulgence

Did you treat yourself to some chocolate over Valentine’s Day weekend? If you did, this news will be music to your ears: Chocolate not only tastes good, it's also good for you. (In small portions, of course!) That's because chocolate—any food that is made from the seed of the tropical cacoa—contains some of the same antioxidants found in fruit and veggies that help reduce the risk for heart disease and some cancers. Here’s a quick checklist of healthy ways to indulge in the sweet treat—use it any time of the year, not just around a holiday.
