Finding Someone to Sweat with

We've all been there: The alarm sounds—it's time for your morning workout. But instead of bouncing out of bed for your daily jog, you start running through a list of reasons why you should stay under the covers—it’s rainy, you’re sore, you could use the extra 30 minutes of sleep, you don’t have any clean clothes. There's one thing that can help get you out of bed on these mornings: A workout partner. Knowing that you have to meet up with a friend is usually enough motivation to get even the most workout-resistant going. After all, you’d be letting someone down (besides yourself, that is) if you didn't.
