Evaluate Your Fitness Routine

Doing the same workout each week can offer familiarity and comfort, but if you want to continue to improve your fitness level and lose weight, you shouldn't get too comfortable. After a few months on the Challenge Plan, it's a good time to ask yourself: Is my workout still working? For example, if you can easily complete your treadmill workout without much sweating or huffing and puffing, it may be time to increase the intensity or introduce a new exercise into your fitness routine.
