Strolling through the supermarket can be overwhelming: With so many products, how can you be sure you're tossing the most nutritious options into your cart? Obviously, you can look for the Best Life seal, which is given to products that are low in calories and rich in nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and others. Or, you can check the product's label to see how many calories and how much saturated fat and sodium it has. The label also tells you what vitamins, minerals and ingredients your food contains.
