Create a Weight-Loss Haven

Losing weight can be really difficult, so the more you can do to make it easier on yourself, the better. One way to do this is to create an environmentin your home, office, etc.that actually promotes weight loss. The first place to start: Your home. An easy but effective trick is to empty your cabinets of any tempting treats so when the urge to nibble strikes, you'll only have healthy options to choose from. Then, move onto your office (keep fruit in a bowl on your desk instead of candy) and your car (stash a fully-packed gym bag in your trunk so you're always ready to hit the gym). You may even have to reevaluate other areas of your life, like friends and family; it's important to surround yourself with supportive people who can cheer you on and keep you encouraged.
